Babystyle prestige car seat instructions

Purchased an oyster bundle from Babystyle via a stockist - pieces were falling off the car seat within using the car seat 2 times. Only offered pieces to 'stick back on' however they couldn't even provide these yet as they weren't in stock and no courtesy car seat offered if an 'inspection' of the product were to take place. Babystyle's advice is to use WD40 on the folding mechanism pedals and brakes. I'm not happy to have a pushchair that is unreliable and doesn't fold like it's supposed to or the brakes are difficult to release.
