Arguably the most important part of your Tournament Committee are the folks selling sponsorships, recruiting golfers and generating income. Without these guys, the event doesn't happen.

Your event has to live up to the hype if you're going to ever do this tournament again. The sales team launches the effort, but it's the event team that brings it home and leaves everybody with a foolish smile on their exhausted faces at the end of the day.
